DOSAPACK E1000

DOSAPACK E1000, configurable volumetric doser for high dosages.

DOSAPACK E1000 is configurable because it is possible to choose between different functions according to the customer’s requests, taking into account accuracy and budget.

Co.Pack has taken up the concepts of the DOSAPACK dispenser, renewing the machine in a completely new guise, but with great benefits in terms of functionality.

The available configurations are:

• Pneumatic
• Electronic

Electronic version

This filling machine is managed by a PLC and an HMI touch display to configure the machine parameters, including the quantity of product or the dosing and aspiration speed of the piston.

The machine in this version has more potential than the pneumatic version.

In fact, thanks to the control software it is possible to use the S.M.A.R.T. FILL which allows the operator to set the parameters of the filling machine in a short time, or the multiple dosing function to manage formats larger than one liter.

Pneumatic version

The filling machine has an entirely pneumatic predisposition like its predecessor DOSAPACK and the new PACK ECO dispenser

In this version, every electronic device is removed, to make room for a cylinder and valves managed entirely by pneumatics.

The machine obtains a benefit in terms of cost, at the expense of functionality.

In fact, all the functions related to the electronics will not be present, for example, the S.M.A.R.T. FILL, or multiple dosages for formats over one liter.

Features of the DOSAPACK E1000 filling machine

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel

The DOSAPACK E1000 dispenser with a pneumatic configuration is capable of dosing up to 1 liter and is available at an advantageous price.

In the electronic configuration, the software is available that can manage, with high precision, the speed and quantity of dosing, ensuring consistency between the various dosage cycles.
It is also possible to set the machine to fill larger formats per liter (for example 5-liter cans).

The frame of the filling machine has wheels to facilitate the movement of the machine.

The dosing unit is composed of Tri-clamp closures, to simplify the maintenance, cleaning, and color change processes.

The machine is equipped with a support surface in AISI 304 stainless steel, and it is possible to move it freely without effort thanks to the wheels applied on the frame.
