Composition of the filling machine
- Structure and parts in contact with the product in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Dosing piston gaskets in P.T.F.E.
- Pneumatic control cylinder with adjustment of the dosing stroke by means of a handwheel.
- Inversion of the suction / dosing cycle by means of pneumatic limit switches that guarantee the complete execution of the dosing cycle, regardless of the viscosity level of the products.
- Interchangeable dosing nozzle.
- Suction hose for liquid products, complete with non-return valve in AISI 304 stainless steel, which connects the machine to the main product tank.
