ROTOFILL 50 F, semiautomatic filling machine suitable for dosing liquid and dense products

ROTOFILL 50 F is particularly suitable for the production of lip-gloss, eye-liner, foundation, and similar products.

The machine has been designed to fill, cap and screw different types of products, inside packaging of various shapes both in plastic and glass, and it is thanks to its adaptability that it is particularly appreciated by subcontractors and quartists in the cosmetic sector.

The ROTOFILL 50 F is composed of a infeed belt with fine shutters, which allows the operator to load a large quantity of empty bottles.

The bottles enter the main block where there is a rotary table with different work stations:

1. The first station is the dosing station, here it is possible to configure the machine according to the needs with two different dosing technologies, electronic or pneumatic.
   _The electronic filling unit is extremely precise and highly configurable, making it easier for the operator to set up the machine through the S.M.A.R.T. FILL, is useful for limiting waste.
   _ The pneumatic filling unit is the best solution to keep costs down, without limiting the quality of the machine. Two different formats are available: the first from 2 to 50 ml and the second from 50 to 500 ml.
2. The second station is the area accessible by the operator for positioning the cap by hand
3. The third station is the area for screwing the caps onto the bottles, electronically controlled by a servomotor.
   it is possible to adjust the speed and the tightening torque, to correctly grind the machine according to the packaging used.
   Complete with mechanical collet for the screwdriver spindle with 3 gripping fingers.

Finally, the filled, capped and screwed bottles are ejected onto an outlet belt, ready to be picked up.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel

The ROTOFILL 50 F filling machine is designed to apply various automatic devices to automate processes, according to the customer’s needs.
In fact, we will configure the machine tailored to the requests with the following devices:

• Fourth work station: Automatic capping group
  It consists of an automatic vibrating feeder and selector for the caps, complete with pneumatic Pick & Place, which therefore allows you to automatically position the cap above the bottle filled with product;
• Accumulation table on the outfeed belt, to accumulate numerous finished products cycle after cycle;
• Heated hopper with adjustable temperature up to 80 ° C;
• Connection port for configuring the machine with external electronic filling unit:

1. DOSAPACK E1000 which allows you to fill bottles over 500 ml, even 1 liter;
2. FILL L0 which allows you to fill bottles with constant centesimal precision (0.01 ml).

• Flow sensor, which records and displays the volume of each individual dose with an accuracy of one thousandth of a ml (0.001 ml).
