The SPECIAL VID filling machine is suitable for filling liquid products such as nail polishes, solvents and perfumes.
SPECIAL VID nail polish filling machine features
The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is complete with a pyrex glasse packaging placed on the back.
A suction tube connects the machine to the main product tank.
Liquid filling is done manually with a dosing nozzle. The operator will insert the dosing nozzle inside the bottle to be filled manually, once the vacuum is generated the machine will start filling the bottle, until the level is filled, then it is necessary to extract the nozzle and take the filled bottle .
The nozzle is supported by a pulley with height adjustment.
The machine is set up with an automatic excess liquid recovery system, which is recovered inside the pyrex glass ampoule, which allows you not to dirty, pollute and therefore reuse the product.
