DOSAPACK 1000, volumetric doser for high volumes – configurable

DOSAPACK 1000 is configurable, offering different functionalities depending on customer requirements, considering both precision and budget.

Co.Pack has reinterpreted the concept of the historic DOSAPACK doser, renewing the machine with a completely new design, while providing significant functional benefits.

The available configurations are:

• Electronic – DOSAPACK E1000
• Pneumatic – DOSAPACK P1000

Electronic version – DOSAPACK E1000

The doser is managed by a PLC and an HMI touch display to configure machine parameters, including product quantity and piston dosing/aspiration speed.

This version has greater potential compared to the pneumatic version.

Thanks to its control software, it features the S.M.A.R.T. FILL function, which allows the operator to set dosing parameters quickly, and the multiple dosing function for handling formats larger than one liter.

Pneumatic version – DOSAPACK P1000

The doser is entirely pneumatically operated, like its predecessor DOSAPACK and the new PACK ECO.

In this version, every electronic device is removed, replaced with a cylinder and valves managed entirely by pneumatics.

This provides a cost advantage, but at the expense of functionality.

In fact, electronic functions such as S.M.A.R.T. FILL or multiple dosing for formats over one liter are not available.

Features of the DOSAPACK 1000 doser

The machine is equipped with a stainless steel AISI 304 support platform, which can be easily moved thanks to the wheels on the frame.

All product-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

In the pneumatic configuration, the DOSAPACK 1000 can dose up to 1 liter and is available at a competitive price.

In the electronic configuration, the software manages dosing speed and quantity with high precision, ensuring consistency across cycles.

It can also be configured to fill containers larger than 1 liter (e.g., 5-liter jerrycans).

The machine frame is equipped with wheels for easy movement.

The dosing unit includes Tri-clamp closures, simplifying maintenance, cleaning, and color change processes.
