FILL L0 is an high-precision liquid filling machine for liquid products, fully electronic, designed to achieve accuracy down to 0.01 ml (depending on the application).
Overview
FILL L0 is a compact filling machine developed for applications where dosing must be extremely accurate. The core of the machine is a fully parameterizable electronic dosing cylinder, enabling controlled settings and repeatable dosing parameters.
The PLC software includes the S.M.A.R.T. FILL function: a guided procedure displayed on the touchscreen HMI that helps the operator enter the parameters correctly and reduce the number of trials during setup, saving time and product.
Note: achievable accuracy depends on product, viscosity, temperature, container format and process conditions.

S.M.A.R.T. FILL introduces a guided parameter-entry logic on the touchscreen HMI, aimed at simplifying setup and reducing product consumption during initial trials.

In a high-value cosmetic serum application, the accuracy of the FILL L0 dosing unit was combined with an in-line automation system, linking the electronic doser with the ROTOFILL ML 2100 machine: a dedicated sensor automatically distinguished compliant doses from out-of-tolerance ones and controlled an automatic reject. This enabled consistent checks on every bottle and increased daily productivity.
