ROTOFILL 50 F, semi-automatic filling machine suitable for filling liquid and dense products

ROTOFILL 50 F is particularly suitable for the production of lip gloss, eyeliner, foundation, and similar products.

The machine is designed to fill, cap, and screw different types of products into packaging of various shapes, both plastic and glass. Thanks to its adaptability, it is especially appreciated by subcontractors and contract manufacturers in the cosmetic sector.

Features of the ROTOFILL 50 F filler

The ROTOPACK 50 F filling machine consists of a Multi lane conveyor belt, allowing the operator to load a large number of empty bottles.

The bottles enter the main block where a rotary table with different workstations is located:

1. The first station is the fillingstation, where the machine can be configured according to requirements with two different filling technologies: electronic or pneumatic.
   
   _ The electronic filling unit is extremely precise and highly configurable, assisting the operator in machine setup through S.M.A.R.T. FILL functions, useful for reducing waste.
   
   _ The pneumatic filling unit is the best solution for cost-saving without compromising machine quality. Two formats are available: the first from 2 to 50 ml and the second from 50 to 500 ml.
2. The second station is the operator-accessible area for manual cap placement.
3. The third station is the capping zone, electronically controlled by a servomotor.
   
   It is possible to adjust speed and tightening torque, to properly set the machine according to the packaging used.
   
   Complete with a mechanical gripper for the capping spindle with 3 gripping fingers.

Finally, the filled, capped, and screwed bottles are expelled onto an output conveyor, ready to be collected.

All product-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Several optional devices are available for integration into the ROTOPACK 50 F to increase productivity.

Optional integrations for the filling machine

The ROTOFILL 50 F filling machine is designed to accommodate different automatic devices to automate processes, depending on customer needs.
We configure the machine to measure requirements with the following devices:

• Fourth workstation: Automatic capping group
  
  Automatic vibrating cap feeder and selector, complete with pneumatic Pick & Place, allowing automatic placement of the cap onto the filled bottle;
• Accumulation table on the output conveyor to collect numerous finished products cycle after cycle;
• Heated hopper with adjustable temperature up to 80°C;
• Connection port for configuring the machine with external electronic dosers:

1. DOSAPACK E1000 which allows filling bottles larger than 200 ml, even up to 1 liter;
2. FILL L0 which allows filling bottles with constant centesimal precision (0.01 ml).

• Flow sensor, which records and displays the volume of each single dose with a precision of one thousandth of a ml (0.001 ml).
