ROTOFILL ML ECO, rotary filling machine for dosing and capping liquid, pasty, and creamy products
ROTOFILL ML ECO is a semi-automatic filling machine, designed to be flexible in its settings and format changeovers, and easy to use in production.
Examples of pasty and creamy products include mascara, lip gloss, or foundation, but this machine can also dose liquid products such as eyeliner or gel while maintaining the same level of precision.
The machine is also prepared for hot dosing via a hopper heating system.


Features of the ROTOFILL ML ECO filling machine
This machine was created to bridge the gap between bench-top dosers and a fully automatic machine, both in terms of production volumes and budget.
ROTOFILL ML ECO is a step below the ROTOFILL ML 2100 model in productivity and automation. It is a semi-automatic machine requiring two operators: one to load empty bottles and remove filled ones, and the other to place caps on the bottles.
Nevertheless, this machine can significantly increase your production numbers if you currently use bench-top dosers such as PACK ECO or DOSAPACK.
Description
The frame is made entirely of anodized aluminum tubing and supports all mechanically operated transmission and working groups.
Pneumatic rotary table complete with an aluminum star wheel, with fixed rotation speed.
Transport star in anticorodal aluminum with 12 interchangeable pockets for bottle housing, made of scratch-resistant plastic.

Workgroup support surface in aluminum covered with AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.
Doser complete with volumetric filling nozzle made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
All doser parts feature tool-less quick release, thanks to the TRI-CLAMP quick system.
Complete system with suck-back device that prevents the “string/tail” at the end of the dose.
Digital temperature controllers allow control of the dosing unit temperature.
Cap screwing unit with a control group for adjusting tightening torque, using a 3-finger device to close all types of cylindrical or conical caps, including delicate materials.
Brush caps placed manually on the container mouths.
Format changeover system: simple, fast, and cost-effective.
