10 interchangeable pockets (nests) for bottle housing, easily replaceable.
Workgroup support surface in aluminum covered with AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.
No. 2 guided pneumatic cylinders to raise and lower the level-filling and capping groups.
Ball insertion device for bottles, complete with hopper.
1 level-filling nozzle operated by pneumatic vacuum pumps.
Caps complete with brush, placed manually into the bottle.
Cap screwing unit for bottles.
All groups are height-adjustable to allow height format changeover.
Resettable pneumatic piece counter.
The machine operates entirely with pneumatic logic, allowing it to work even in hazardous environments.

Note
The machine can be operated by 2 people:
one operator inserts the empty bottles to be filled and removes the filled ones;
another operator places the cap for screwing.
