SPECIAL VID is a bench filling unit, suitable for level-filling liquid products such as nail polish or solvents.
Features of the SPECIAL VID nail-polish filling machine
The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is complete with a rear glass/Pyrex flask.
A suction tube connects the machine to the main product tank.
Liquid filling is performed manually with a level-filling nozzle. The operator inserts the nozzle into the bottle by hand; once vacuum is generated, the machine starts filling the bottle up to the level. Then the nozzle must be withdrawn and the filled bottle removed.
The filling nozzle is suspended from a height-adjustable pulley.
The machine includes an automatic recovery system for excess liquid, which is collected in the glass/Pyrex flask. This avoids spills and contamination and allows the product to be reused.
