VID 2012, bench pneumatic filling machine for nail polish
The VID 2012 bench filling unit is excellent for level-filling products such as nail polish and solvents.
Features of the VID 2012 filling machine
The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and includes a rear Pyrex glass flask.
The machine features a nozzle that descends whenever a bottle is positioned near it, enabling vacuum generation for dosing.
A suction tube connects the machine to the main product tank; a second tube connects the dosing group to the Pyrex glass flask.
The dosing time is timer-controlled to optimize production speed, giving the operator the ability to fine-tune the cycle time of this bench unit.
The machine is equipped with an automatic recovery system for excess liquid, which is collected in the Pyrex glass flask—preventing spills and contamination and allowing the product to be reused.
VID 2012 is an excellent machine for small or medium production batches. If higher output is required, we recommend the models ROTOVID-P and ROTOPACK 30 S EEX.
