COUNTER ECO, volumetric auger filler
COUNTER ECO is a volumetric auger filler suitable for dosing powdered products, granules, and extruded pastes.
It has recently undergone a restyling, like the other machines in this category.
The main goal of this redesign was to improve ease of use and the quality of the finished product. This was achieved by integrating electronic controls to manage the doser, allowing precise control of the powder dosing inside the packaging.
Features of COUNTER ECO
This machine can fill jars (both plastic and glass) of various diameters and heights, pouches, and cans with powdered products (e.g., loose powder eyeshadow), granules, or pasty (extruded) products.
The COUNTER ECO doser is suitable for dosing small quantities of powders, granules, and pastes, starting from a minimum net weight of 0.9 grams up to a maximum of 2000 grams, thanks to the proper auger sizing.
This version differs from the MINICOUNTER in terms of the range of usable formats such as jars or containers.
The project was developed by reducing the concept of a powder dosing machine to its essentials. In fact, no optional features are included.

Versatility of use
COUNTER ECO is one of Co.Pack’s powder filling machine models.
Compared to other models like LINECOUNTER and ROTOCOUNTER, it has a lower production capacity, though still higher than the MINICOUNTER. Thanks to its versatility in format changeovers, this machine is well-suited for use in production departments. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or integrated into a line.
If you need a machine for small production batches of different types, where frequent format or color changes are required, COUNTER ECO is perfect for its simplicity, while still ensuring excellent results in terms of cycle times.
Composition of the COUNTER ECO machine
Machine base, made of welded stainless steel AISI 304 tubing.
All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (AISI 316 available upon request at additional cost).
Dosing auger made of stainless steel AISI 304 (built according to the bottle neck diameter to be filled).
Stainless steel AISI 304 hopper, 28 liters.
Orbital agitator driven by a servomotor inside the hopper, to detach product from the walls.
Auger doser driven by a servomotor with speed and position control, optimizing filling tolerance and filling time (tolerance ±3%).
Hopper attachment designed for easy removal and cleaning.
Filling operation via electric foot pedal.
Filling operation can also be automatic or managed via pneumatic foot pedal.
4.5″ color touchscreen control panel with speed regulator and electronic device to adjust auger revolutions for accurate dosing, alarm display, and resettable piece counter.
