LINECOUNTER – Automatic in-line powder dosing machine

This model of powder or granular auger filling machine is called LINECOUNTER.

Suitable for filling powder and granular products.

The LINECOUNTER machine is almost similar to the ROTOCOUNTER model; in fact, both models features the same filling system with the auger, so the product treatment quality is identical. They simply differ in shape, as this is our linear powder filling machine model, while the other is a rotary model.

The LINECOUNTER 2001 differs from our smaller model MINICOUNTER in terms of productivity and automation.

Machine Features

This version of the inline filling machine consists of:

• Conveyor belt for feeding empty packaging, complete with adjustable sides to facilitate any format changes;
• Auger filling unit driven by a BRUSHLESS motor, equipped with digital adjustment of pulses and dosing speed.
• Loading hopper, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with level sensor for automatic product feeding.
• Orbital stirrer in the hopper.
• Interchangeable dosing screw made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Pneumatic gate device for automatic bottle stop under the dosing unit.
• Base inAISI 304 stainless steel.

All parts in contact with the product being executed are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Accident protections compliant with EEC standards.

Optional for LINECOUNTER

Optional features can be applied to make the machine fully functional, enabling greater automation of secondary processes for production purposes. The optional extras are as follows:

• Multi-row conveyor belt, to automate the bottle loading system
• Rotary table for recovering dosed bottles, which serves as a buffer to facilitate the unloading phase
