MINICOUNTER

Benchtop Volumetric Auger Filling machine

MINICOUNTER is a recent restyling of our previous model, designed with the goal of improving ease of use and the quality of the finished product.

This was made possible by integrating improved electronic controls to manage powder dosing inside the packaging.

Features of the MINICOUNTER

This machine can fill jars made of either plastic or glass, in various diameters and heights, with powder products such as loose powder eyeshadow, or granules with a well-defined spherical size.

The Minicounter is suitable for dosing powders and granules in small quantities, from a minimum net weight of 0.9 grams up to a maximum of 50 grams, thanks to the correct auger sizing.

Versatility of use

MINICOUNTER is a compact version of one of our powder filling machines.

Compared to other models such as LINECOUNTER and ROTOCOUNTER, it certainly has a lower production capacity. However, thanks to its size that allows it to be placed on a bench and its versatility in format changes, this machine is ideal for laboratory use, for example, to perform tests and check formula results, or to produce product samples.

If you need a machine for small production batches of different types, requiring frequent format or color changes, the Minicounter is perfect thanks to its simplicity, while ensuring excellent results even in terms of machine cycle times.

Composition of the MINICOUNTER machine

The machine structure and all product-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

An orbital agitator is present inside the hopper to detach product from the walls.

The auger rotates thanks to a 3000 rpm Brushless motor, with dosing and speed adjustable via HMI touchscreen control panel.

The hopper attachment makes it easy to remove the hopper itself for cleaning.
