ROTOCOUNTER – Rotary Powder Filling and Capping Machine

This powder or granule filling machine model is called ROTOCOUNTER.

Suitable for dosing powdered and granular products.

The ROTOCOUNTER machine is very similar to the LINECOUNTER model. Both models use the same dosing system, so the quality level in terms of product handling is identical. They simply differ in form: one is a linear powder filling machine, while the other is a rotary model.

ROTOCOUNTER differs from our lower model, the MINICOUNTER, in terms of productivity and automation.

Machine Features

This rotary powder filling machine version consists of:

• Conveyor belt for packaging feed, complete with adjustable side guides to facilitate format changes;
• Rotary jar handling unit with 12 or 16 stations;
• Dosing group driven by a BRUSHLESS motor, with digital adjustment of impulses and dosing speed;
• Loading hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with level sensor for automatic product feeding;
• Orbital agitator inside the hopper;
• Interchangeable dosing auger made of AISI 304 stainless steel;
• Automatic PICK & PLACE capping device with two working axes and vacuum cap picker via suction cup;
• Closing head driven by motor, with adjustable tightening torque;
• Vibratory cap feeder, complete with orientation group and soundproof cover;
• Vibratory device for containers to settle the product during dosing;
• Base made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

All product-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Safety protections compliant with EU standards, complete with warning lights for machine cycle or stop alarms.
