Cosmetic Powder Press model PACK 160-80 PSR
The PACK 160-80 PSR press is suitable for compacting cosmetic powders such as eyeshadow, blush, and face powder, to be later assembled into packaging or palettes.
This press incorporates many years of experience gained directly from the world’s best compacting departments, where the goal is to continuously improve production performance.
Automatic powder loader
As a traditional press, this model is very similar to the PACK 160-80 PS version, but it adds a key option to improve quality and repeatability of the final product: the automatic powder loader.
It features a robot that moves the hopper based on configurable parameters. Cosmetic powder is loaded into the hopper and kept in motion by a mixer specifically designed and patented for this solution, enhancing machine automation and the product’s manufacturing process.
This automatic powder loading option improves powder distribution inside the die: faster, quieter, higher-quality, and highly effective even in small cavities.
The machine offers multiple operating modes:
