PACK LABO – Manual Bench Press for the Laboratory
This bench powder press, named PACK LABO, is a small press suitable for a laboratory environment; thanks to its small size, no large spaces are required to run powder pressing tests.
It is designed to test the pressure of a new cosmetic powder formula or to produce samples, e.g., eyeshadows, blush, pressed face powders, etc.
Leveraging our extensive experience in designing and manufacturing cosmetic powder press machines, CO.PACK—thanks to its development team—has applied the know-how acquired from traditional powder press models such as the PACK 160-80 PS to create a reduced-size version whose ideal workplace is the laboratory.
With extreme ease of use, you can carry out powder pressing trials of formulas developed in the lab or quickly produce samples. PACK 160-80 PSR is suitable for pressing cosmetic powders such as eyeshadow, blush, and face powder, to be later packaged or assembled into palettes.
Machine Features
This bench press for cosmetic powder consists of:
- Hydraulic (oil) press device, pneumatically actuated, with adjustable pressure and compaction time;
- Manual side press controls;
- Emergency stop button;
- Electromagnetic selector control to release the finished pan (godet) from the mold;
- Front safety protection panel, fastened with four screws;
- Finally, it is equipped with a timer with a display showing pressing time;
- Sturdy construction, entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, making cleaning quicker and easier.
