ROTOPACK MS 1000, dosing and pressing system for extruded pasty products
The ROTOPACK MS 1000 machine is designed to dose eyeshadows, face powders, and blush in a pasty form extruded by our vertical auger filling unit.
What are Wet Powder products?
Extruded-type Wet Powder products are pasty cosmetic powders that can be extruded with precision and repeatability.
This type of product is first extruded by a vertical auger; the paste is then pre-formed inside a mold, giving it a disc shape.
The extruded pasty powder is then placed inside a pan base or a jar, and subsequently pressed to obtain the product’s final appearance.
Features of the ROTOPACK MS 1000 dosing and pressing machine for pasty products
The machine consists of a monobloc in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a conveyor belt to feed the containers.
Rotary table to transport the containers precisely through the workstations.
Volumetric auger filling unit with an agitator device in the hopper, driven by a BRUSHLESS motor.
Adjustable dosing range from min. 1 g to max. 100 g. All product-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Touchscreen control panel to set machine setup parameters and optimize production.
Height-adjustment system for the dosing group.
Product transfer system over the container while the volumetric filling unit deposits the product into the guide sleeve.
Pressing station.
Automatic cloth unwinding and take-up device, up to 150 mm width.
The product dosing system is the same used on the COUNTER PRO powder filling machine, also adopted in the LINECOUNTER and ROTOCOUNTER models.
