DOSAPACK is a volumetric bench filling machine that takes up the projects of the homonymous company DOSAPACK srl.We at Co.Pack have carried out a restyling to bring to light the solidity and versatility that this machine can dare.

Features of the DOSAPACK
- Production speed: up to 30 doses / minute.
- Very versatile machine, suitable for small and medium productions for small and medium size packs.
- Base made in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Parts in contact with the product in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Pneumatic control cylinder with dosage adjustment by means of a handwheel complete with counter.
- Dosage cycle start by pedal or selector.
- Control panel on the machine.
- Interchangeable dosing nozzle.
- Emergency button for immediate stop and reset of the machine.
- Automatic pneumatic device for quick disassembly of the parts to be cleaned.
OPTIONAL:
- Heated hopper with stirrer, capacity 16 liters for temperatures up to MAX 85 ° C – in AISI 304 stainless steel – with electric panel – 380 Volt three-phase plus neutral – and digital thermostat for the regulation of the intervention temperature.
- Motorized agitator to mix the product inside the hopper.
