ePACK 2400 was designed by CO.PACK s.r.l. with the ambition to revolutionize the concept of compacting cosmetic powders, raising the technical level of processing.

There are many innovative aspects in this new ePACK 2400 compact powder machine model

In favor of greater process automation, better performance including precision of the finished product, reduced cycle times and lower energy consumption.

The machine is of the automatic rotary type and is composed of 4 simultaneous work stations:

1. The first station is dedicated to loading the empty godets, which can be positioned in the mold by hand or automatically using a pick & place.
2. The second station is the double mixer and scraping vane powder loading. The loading hopper can be parameterized, allowing it to be used in various working modes depending on the spreading behavior of the powder on the mold or the type of product.
3. The third station is the real heart of the machine, the compacting area, where the powder is pressed by two electronically controlled actuators. This station is completely programmable to optimize the pressing phase, using the special S.M.A.R.T. PRESS.
4. The fourth station is the extraction and cleaning unit for the finished godets. The group includes rotating brushes for cleaning the mold and the bottom of the godets.
   The product is finally ejected onto a conveyor belt for blowing and collecting the compacted godets.

S.M.A.R.T. PRESS, the true potential of the ePACK 2400 electronic powder press machine

Specifically, the S.M.A.R.T. PRESS is a completely dedicated function integrated in the machine.

In fact, it allows you to fully exploit the potential of the electronics, simplifying the setting of the working parameters through a guided procedure,in such a way as to directly control the result of the final product.

In this way, it is possible to achieve the desired level of detail, all thanks to the effectiveness and precision of the parameters set and the applicable micro variations.

Productivity details of the ePACK 2400 model

Within the area of ​​use of the mold it is possible to apply 1 godets d.59 or 4 godets d.36 (if the most common and standard dimensions are taken into consideration).

ePACK 2400 is able to increase productivity compared to a traditional compact powder machine by up to 35%, it all depends on the format used and the properties of the powder.
