The PACK 160-80 PSR powder press machine is suitable for pressing cosmetic powders such as eyeshadow, blush, powder, to be packaged in the packaging or in the cosmetic bag.

This powder presss machine model contains many years of experience deriving directly from the best compacting powders production departments around the world, where the goal is to constantly improve production performance.

Automatic powder loader

This model is very similar to the PACK 160-80 PS version, but with the addition of a fundamental option to improve the quality and repeatability of the final product, namely the automatic powder loader.

The machine is equipped with a robot that moves the hopper according to the settable parameters. The cosmetic powder is loaded inside the hopper and kept in motion thanks to a mixer designed and patented specifically for this type of solution, favoring the automation of the machine and the production process of the product.

In fact, the optional with which this machine is equipped for automatic powder loading, allows a better drafting of the powder inside the mold; faster, quieter, higher quality and highly performing even in small cavities.

The powder press machine has different working modes:
