PACK 160 LABO, Manual powder press machines for small productions or laboratory tests

The PACK 160 LABO is designed for the pressing of cosmetic powders, such as eye shadows, blushes, compact powders etc. in aluminum or similar pans.

The machine has been designed to work in the same way as an original Co.Pack press, in fact some components are the same. In this way we are able to obtain results similar to the production model.
For example, to maintain repeatability and not waste too many resources unnecessarily, this model of powder press machine uses the same molds mounted on our standard press machine (PACK 160-80), so that once the tests and tests have been carried out, they can simply be disassembled and mounted on the production machines.

The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel simplifying cleaning.

Compaction pressure is controlled by an electric valve and adjustable via a manual regulator.
