ROTOPACK 100 PS/4 Automatic rotary compactor for cosmetic powders
ROTOPACK 100 PS/4 is the fully automatic machine, designed and built by Co.Pack to compact cosmetic powders.
This model automates all the processes that an operator carries out to create the compacts.
Thanks to the automation and consistency of the machine, you will be able to increase your production capacity, compared to using traditional compactors such as the PACK 160 80 PS

Automatic powder loading station with AISI 304 stainless steel hopper complete with a special patented device to improve the quality and speed of spreading of the powder and complete with powder loading sensor.
Hydraulically operated compacting station with possibility of adjustment both of the compaction speed and of the number of pressing and working time.
Unwinding and recovery system for compacting ribbon with automatically adjustable working stroke.
Unloading station complete with rotating brushes for cleaning the mold and pans.
Touch Screen control panel, mounted on swing arm, with the possibility of displaying all the working parameters (recipes), production statistical data, alarms and diagnostics.

- Pans feeder, complete with chute and electric vibrator management equipment.
- Automatic loading system for compacting hopper composed of powder loading hopper, capacity about 40 liters, and powder conveyor belt, from the loading hopper to the compactor hopper.

- Automatic pans / godet discharge system in standard thermoformed products.
