ROTOPACK MS 1000, “Mousse” dosing and pressing system for pasty products

The ROTOPACK MS 1000 machine is designed to have the possibility of dosing eye shadows, powders, blushes in pasty form called “MOUSSE”.

Features of the ROTOPACK MS 1000 dosing and pressing machine for pasty products

The product can be dosed in bottles or pans in different materials such as glass, aluminum or plastic, with shapes to be defined; in the station following the dosing station, the product can be “formed” with rounded or flat surfaces.

The machine is composed of a monobloc in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a conveyor belt to feed the bottles.

Rotary table to transport the bottles in the workstations in a precise way.

Volumetric auger dosing device with stirrer device in the hopper, driven by a BRUSHLESS type motor.

Adjustable dosage range from min. 1 g to max 100 g. All parts in contact with the product to be dosed are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Touch Screen control panel to set the machine setup parameters, in order to optimize production.

Height adjustment system of the dosing group.

Product transport system above the bottle while the volumetric dispenser inserts the product into the compass.

Pressing station.

Automatic fabric unwinding and recovery device, width up to 150 mm.

The product dosing system is the same mounted on the COUNTER PRO model powder dispenser, also used by the LINECOUNTER and ROTOCOUNTER models
