Pneumatic bench nail polish filling machine
The VID 2012 Pneumatic bench filling machine is made for filling products such as nail polish, perfumes and solvents.
VID 2012 filling machine features
The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is complete with a pyrex glass ampoule placed on the back.
This machine is equipped with a nozzle that comes down every time the bottle is placed near the nozzle.
A suction tube connects the machine to the main product tank, a second tube connects the dosing unit to the pyrex glass packaging.
The dosage time is timed to optimize the production speed.
The machine is set up with an automatic excess liquid recovery system, which is recovered inside the pyrex glass packaging, which allows you not to dirty, pollute and therefore reuse the product.
